Exchange and Return Policy

Product Exchange and Return Policy Order Confirmation

Please double-check product details, such as color, size, and order conditions, before making payment. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges, returns, or cancellations after the order is placed (except in cases where the product is defective due to brand error or the wrong item was received).

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure claim eligibility, we request customers to record a video while unboxing the package. If the product is incorrect or defective, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and unwashed or unpressed.

Non-Eligible Damages

Damages from transportation or any other circumstances not due to brand error are not eligible for exchange or return.

Address and Shipping Changes

Address and shipping details must be updated prior to the packing process. Once packing begins, changes to address or shipping details cannot be accommodated.

Policy Amendments

The brand reserves the right to amend prices and policies without prior notice.

Disclaimer

All items are shipped via Thai Postal Service. The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate address that carriers recognize as deliverable. Regrettably, we have no control over the shipment once a package departs Thailand. If any delivery issues occur for reasons out of our control (address provided is not accurate, problems within the shipping company, no one at the address at time of delivery, failure to comply with customs procedures, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. If there are any errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages we are not held liable. If you are dissatisfied in any way and would like an exchange, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please read our refund and exchange policy for more information.

 

When will my order ship?

Your purchase will be filled and shipped within three business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed. Be aware that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and may differ depending on your region.

 

How much duty and tax will I have to pay? 

When an order is placed online, the purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges. These charges vary from country to country, so please be sure to check your national and local fee rates for duties, taxes, and customs charges in your area - this is very important. If an order is denied entry to your region or you don’t complete your customs procedures, you as the purchaser are responsible for all additional charges incurred in shipping.
